Welcome to the Digital Age. As part of our ongoing commitment to serve you better we are adding some new online customer services. To start things off... we can now provide online or by email: Your account statement Documents showing copies of your signed invoices in .pdf format If you are interested in this service, please sign up HERE or you can fax or email your request. Fax it to 323-888-0438 along with your Customer Number and a contact phone number. Or email requests to accounting@franklintruckparts.com and put your Customer Number in the subject line of the email. We appreciate your comments and suggestions. We will keep you informed as we add new ways to serve you better.
Technical Clinics: 2009 has not been much different from 2008 in that manufacturers have limited travel for technical training. So far we have Bendix Air Brake and ABS set up for late July. We are continuing to work with all our suppliers to bring more clinics to you. Please check back for dates and locations of these upcoming programs.
